Virgin Island

Last week my family and I went to Bantayan Island as part of our summer vacation. We seized the moment of visiting the youngest brother of my father in barangay Cillion, part of Bantayan. This was not my first trip to the Island but this was the first when I was able to visit my uncle together with my Father, eldest sister, niece and my family. We greatly surprised my uncle when we suddenly arrived to his place because this was not usual for us. He was usually the one who would come to the mainland and visit us. He immediately invited us if we wanted to go swimming in the "virgin island". We answered in unison with a big YES.
When we arrived to the area, I was stunned by it's beauty. Indeed it was "virgin" in a sense that there are no man made structures added in order for the place to appear beautiful. It's beauty is entirely natural. I hope the local government and the people will be able to maintain its natural beauty. The sand was indeed white and the water is crystal clear. No wonder why people wouldn't mind spending an amount of money just to be able to spend a short time in the "virgin island".
If you have a chance to visit bantayan island please don't forget to visit the "virgin island" I'm sure just like me you will be able to appreciate its natural beauty and you will greatly enjoy. If you have a plan to visit Bantayan Island, do not go there during holy week season because the island will be full of people and you will not be able to enjoy the beauty of the island and its surroundings.
